The solution should work for ANY device. So also for non-domain joined devices. Therefore the correct answer is B

I agree with begai and RDIO. Says "any device" option D only works in a domain. B would work for any device internal or external.

Correction: The question says "any device". GPO only works for domain joined devices. I'll change my answer for B.
