First we need to disable auto-creation of printers. "Client printer redirection This setting controls whether client printers are mapped to a server when a user logs on to a session. By default, client printer mapping is allowed...." https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-virtual-apps-desktops/policies/reference/ica-policy-settings/printing-policy-settings.html#client-printer-redirection Next, we need to configure the desired session printers.

C is wrong since you need to set the Auto-Create to disabled to achieve not mapping users' client drive.

Set the "Auto-create client printers" policy to "Disabled". Set the "Session printers" policy to "Enabled". These policies limit users' printing sources and prevent automatic creation of all client printers in a session. Instead, printers will be mapped based on the floor of the building from which the user's session connects. The "Session printers" policy ensures that only assigned printers are used during a user's session, which reduces printing costs. However, it also restricts users from adding their own printers or using non-assigned printers.

The two policies that the Citrix Administrator should configure to achieve this task are: B. Auto-create client printers: This policy should be set to "Disabled" to stop the automatic creation of all client printers in a session. With this policy set to disabled, users will not be able to print to any printers other than the ones mapped by the administrator. D. Session printers: This policy should be set to "Enabled" to map printers based on the floor of the building from which the user's session connects. With this policy enabled, the administrator can create printer mapping rules based on the user's IP address and the printer's location. This will ensure that users can only print to printers that are located on their floor. Therefore, the two policies that the Citrix Administrator should configure are "Auto-create client printers" and "Session printers."

B do disable auto-create client printers and D to configure sessions printers. C you don't have to touch because direct connection to print server is enabled by default.

C is wrong, as long as you don't disable automatic creation (unfiltered default) all printers are mapped. B&D is right because C is enables by default!

Why would it not be B and D? The first task is stop auto creation of printers. Should you not define that and set it as disabled first?
