Should be C and D. Quoting article linked below the questions:

Sorry, it appears that kernel is always dedicated and for CPU you can use visualizer with share mode and of course NIC can be shared so answers B and C are correct.
The answer is CPU and Physical Interface. Memory is not shared and only dedicated
