D. Is correct, Minimise management and maintenance = access / control plane in citrix cloud. Maintaining control of VDA machines = Resource location on premises. This is text book description of a citrix cloud deployment.

nope. D is correct. Citrix Cloud. We just moved to this exact scenario. Citrix manages our "citrix infrastructure" (patching etc) but we control the VDA (desktops/published apps) in Azure. 100% D
