D is correct both: enumeration and HDX connection will happen against Gtwy and Site B as site B storefronts point to both Delivery Controllers from Site A and B so they enumerate everything. The only constraint that could hide the publication would be to use a keyword on specific publication that is also configured on StoreFront to hide resources.

I would go with C, just as shown in the picture in page 3 (https://www.citrix.com/content/dam/citrix/en_us/documents/white-paper/ns-optimal-gateway-routing-tech-wp.pdf)

This question metions Datacenter B somewhere and is little bit confusing, because the problem there are not assigned letters to Datacenter. Please review and correct.
