B is obviously wrong. You cannot manage Citrix policies in GPMC. This leaves option A, C and D as possible answers. C is wrong, as local policy is NOT centralized. A is using WEM (kind of overkill for lockdown policies. usually WEM is leveraged for resources optimization. lockdown settings can be added as "icing" on a cake. E is most likely the correct answer. GPO is out of the box solution, and is also centralized. bunch of lockdown settings you can configure in there.
