The correct answer for that question should be "active write back" for upm. The only option which might make some sence is "B" backup of ntuser.dat.

Agreed....this would save the settings but not the documents. Generally, it would be B with either active-write back or folder redirection

Might also be E since many settings are not saved when default directroy exclusion is configured, like IE Password, Start Menu preferences https://www.carlstalhood.com/citrix-profile-management/#exclusions55. Tricky question.
