There is nothing can be configure for SSL in Studio or Director console, so B,D & E is the correct answers.

IIS For Cert Binding Netsh can do it also and changing the DDC Port in the SF console

IIS to request and import, export certs, bind https for SFs Netsh to run on DDC (since DDCs dont have IIS by default to request/create cert ) SFs to configure the https/443 for STAs connection SF
