D is correct as per https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-hypervisor/hosts-pools/clustered-pools.html

I don't think D is right because the doc recommends to create clustered pools starting "AT LEAST" with three hosts. We have here a perfect HW config to create one single pool. Indeed we have at least more than 3 hosts (we have 12) and GFS2 is required for heartbeat. So B is the right answer.

From the manual: Citrix leading practice is to dedicate a resource pool: • 1 for the Infrastructure • 1 for each VDA workload type. Configure high availability on the clustered pool.
