It's correct, the NSIP is used primary for NTP request (SNIP as secondary). But it's not logic.. normally all internal trafic (to and from servers) used the SNIP.. Again a weird behaviour for me.
This is so both ADCs in a HA pair can keep correct time (using their own NSIP). Otherwise the secondary ADC wouldn't be able to use the SNIP and may get time skew
