B is wrong because only Citrix hotfixes are shown, not Microsoft hotfixes. D should be the best answer. Citrix Scout is a very powerful tool https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-virtual-apps-desktops/manage-deployment/cis/scout.html#what-is-collected
