Why D? Ensure that the call back address is set to HTTPS. Not HTTP! I think B&C is right...

Yes. So it's beeing set to HTTP INSTEAD of HTTPS can cause error form scenario. Thus in the context of this question - D is one of proper answer. C&D should be marked.
