A is correct. There is no need for multiple sites in this scenario, and a Cloud solution provides them a way to deploy without a large hardware expenditure to expand their on-prem resources.

The question doesn't say "there is no local capacity", it says it si nearly full, so there is still space but not much.

Selected Answer: A
A is the answer. Citrix Cloud provides High Availability. Use some of the on premises as is near full capacity but not FULL. So some in on prem and rest in a public cloud.

Selected Answer: A
No need for Multiple Sites, so Single-Site is the one that makes sense (A or D). Answer D cannot be because of the limited HW in on-premises. Best solution is a Single-Site in Citrix Cloud, with some resources in on-premises resource location (limited HW resources), and the rest in Public Cloud to meet the responsible financial budget. A. Single-Site in Citrix Cloud, public cloud, and on-premises resource location

I believe the answer is A. The new solution should be highly available, where possible and responsible financial budget, so this can also means a single-site in Citrix Cloud but with two DLC's, two Storefronts etc. instead of two sites, this will be more expensive. A Citrix site in the cloud is also more highly available then on premise. Next, the available hardware on premise is nearly full but not completely full so it is still possible to hosts so VDA's on premise to cut down the costs and have VDA's in to places, on premise and in the cloud, this also helps for high availability. So in mine opinion answer A is more logical.

there is no resources available on-prem, so C, as there is no option for single site\single cloud resources

B and D are incorrect because they rely only on on-premise data center which has no available hardware for the new solution. C could be correct but it violates the financial factor which must be minimized. Therefore A seems to be the most correct answer.

I was also thinking this, until the answer mentioned an on-prem resource location. This would not be available because of the lack of available resource in the on-prem DC. The ideal answer is single Citrix cloud site connecting to a single public cloud location
