In the Referene Link the following is listed: If all Controllers in the primary zone fail: A. Site performance degrades until the Controllers in the primary zone become available. C. Studio cannot connect to the site. D. Connections to VDAs in the primary zone cannot be made.

If all Controllers in the primary zone fail: Studio cannot connect to the site. Connections to VDAs in the primary zone cannot be made. Site performance degrades until the Controllers in the primary zone become available.

answer A,C,E agree but what is the outage the whole primary zone datacenter or only delivery controllers? if DDCs then new connections could be still possible due to LHC or connection leasing feature if enabled.
