B is correct. It says "Identical". You can't have two identical servers on the network with the same name. This scenario assumes a complete copy of the existing license server is kept offline in case the current license server goes kaput. in this case, one has to have in mind that the machine account password may change and that will cause issues when the offline server is brought up.
