D - https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX204685 Symptoms or Error HA state for secondary shows as NOT up Solution Check the following : 1. Both nodes should be same hardware and software. 2. RPC node on both nodes should be same. (till 11.0 xx) 3. Connectivity on port 3009 3011. 4. Any down interfaces on NetScaler should not have HA monitoring enabled.

D says that the interface is DISABLED not DOWN. According to the article, should be B.: Interface ENABLED, DOWN.
