A is correct, the processing order is: 1. Local GPO: directly on the machine 2. XenApp or XenDesktop Site GPO (stored in the Site database) 3. Site-Level GPOs (AD object) 4. Domain-leve GPOs (AD object) 5. OU GPOs (AD object)

The question is processed first. Not precedence, this means Citrix Local-Site policies are applied first, with OU GPO's as last.

Is D correct? Would "processed first" mean Site Level GPOs have least precedence?

The precedence order, is just the exact reverse of the processing order.
