D is correct, the page referenced by ArtC says "By default, application failures are only captured on Server OS VDAs. In order to capture application faults and errors on Desktop OS VDAs, enable the policy “Enable monitoring of application failures on Desktop OS VDAs.” Answer A is a misdirection by "installing an Application Probe Agent on the Desktop OS VDA." The Application Probe Agent is "a Windows executable that simulates the actual application launch by the user through Citrix Workspace. It tests application launches as configured in Monitor and reports back the results to Monitor."
