Answer D is possibile, see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e8rL7i5xCH0 And because the application Delivery is App-V it's possible to run the apps(engineering application and engineering application QA) isolated at one server. So it's even possible to run this solution on 1 machine catalog and 1 delivery group without tagging. Just publish all apps separate.
