Is the answer not A because the first command is specifying Server-CS-1 and line 4 is specifying CS_vserver1 which is not the same CS vserver.
The only option in the answers for traffic not being allowed is A
B is correct. Case sensitivity does *not* affect the domain name, it only affects the child portion of the URL.
