There is no correct answer here. The answer is to create addition configuration sets within the same WEM site - D states to create new sites

I'd say this is D: "Some WEM Console settings are global (every agent gets the same setting). So if you want different global settings for different agents, then you create multiple WEM Configuration sets. At the top of the window, in the ribbon, you can create a new WEM Configuration set.
