Therefore, Policy_C would be applied. Policy_D is applied to all requests because its condition is simply "TRUE", which means it is the default policy when no other conditions match. However, since Policy_C already matches and its Goto Expression is "NEXT", Policy_D would also be evaluated and applied next in the order of priority.
