Company iPads are enrolled in Systems Manager without supervision, and profiles are pushed through Systems Manager. Which outcome occurs when a user attempts to remove the “Meraki Management” profile on an iPad?
A.
The “Meraki Management” profile cannot be removed.
B.
The “Meraki Management” profile is removed and then pushed automatically by Systems Manager.
C.
The “Meraki Management” profile is removed. All the profiles that Systems Manager pushed are also removed.
D.
The “Meraki Management” profile is removed. All the profiles Systems Manager pushed remain.
Solely removing a device from the Systems Manager Dashboard network will not have any immediate impact on the device, except prevent further MDM management until the device is re-enrolled. Any apps or profiles that are already pushed to a device will remain active will remain on the device.
I´m doubt yet, but I´ll go with C !
The documentation says:
iOS/iPadOS
Non ADE enrolled devices
For devices that were enrolled via manual profile installation, the profile can be removed via the UI on the device, or via SM if the device is actively checking in.
UI removal of enrollment profile:
1- On the device, navigate to Settings > General > Device Management.
2- Select Meraki Management, and select Remove to delete the management profile and any managed configuration profiles installed via SM.

Also going with C.
On the device, navigate to Settings > General > Device Management
Select Meraki Management, and select Remove to delete the management profile and any managed configuration profiles installed via SM
C is the correct answer.
Assuming the profile removal policy is set to 'Allow user to remove this profile'.
