answer is correct. there is no such concept of user/pass in SNMPv2. Rather community-string.

Imho, the given answer is correct. Users only come with SNMPv3, until that just community strings. The answer is wrong. It should be SNMPv2c -- username and password. SNMPv3 read-only.
