"Project scope and weekly progress should be visualized by the management." I think "visualized" is the key word here and Kanban is offering this more than scrum.

C. Scrum is an agile project management framework that does allow for regular inspection and adaptation with its iterative development cycles (sprints), and can incorporate feedback and changes. However, once a sprint has started, the scope (what is to be completed in the sprint) is generally not changed. D. Kanban is an agile methodology that allows for ongoing changes, visual management of tasks and progress (often through a Kanban board), and it does not work in fixed sprints or phases, which allows for continual adjustment of scope and priorities.

Selected Answer: C
LEAN and Six-Sigma are methodologies primarily focused on process improvement and efficiency, which may not provide the same level of flexibility and adaptability required in this scenario. Kanban is a project management methodology that emphasizes flow and visualizing work, but it may not provide the same level of structured feedback and adaptability as Scrum.

while Scrum could be a viable option, Kanban's emphasis on visualization, continuous improvement, and flexibility to change scope during the project makes it a better fit for the specific requirements mentioned in the question.

2 of the 3 points reflect scrum properties. The 1st ("Project scope and weekly progress should be visualized by the management") imo points to kanban. The question becomes, do the flexibility points apply to kanban as well?
