correct, should be B. iBGP peers can be multiple hops away. not like eBGP that needs direct connection (or ebgp-multihop defined). thus, only IP connectivity between two peers is required for an adjacency to form. the logical topology can be full mesh, even if the underlying IP transport is not

Yeah, but full mesh is when every router has iBGP session with every other. there will be no "non ibgp routers"

I think the "specific network topology" may be the meaning about "AS". iBGP require the topology on the same AS.
