Cisco Unified CM Administration, choose System > Presence Redundancy Groups. Check the Enable High Availability check box to enable high availability for the presence redundancy group. https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/im_presence/configAdminGuide/11_5_1/cup0_b_config-and-admin-guide-1151su5/cup0_b_imp-system-configuration-1151su5_chapter_0100.html#CUCM_TK_E75FE600_00

Automatic fallback is not the default configuration, but it can be enabled. To enable automatic fallback, change the Enable Automatic Fallback parameter in the Server Recovery Manager Service Parameters to value True. https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/SAML_SSO_deployment_guide/12_5_1/cucm_b_saml-sso-deployment-guide-12_5/cucm_b_saml-sso-deployment-guide-12_5_chapter_01.html#CUCM_RF_S4D8F901_00

Selected Answer: B
This question is designed to trip you up...AnswerB is correct but it makes you feel like you are applying the service parameter change to a CUCM node when you are not, ie you are applying it to an IMP node. Clearly, the Server recover Manager service is only accessible once you have selected an IMP node from the list of servers...You can then select Cisco Server recovery Manager>Enable Automatic Fallback = True.
