A controller shows that an AP in your environment is detecting interference, but the AP health score in Cisco DNA Center is unaffected. What are two reasons that
Cisco DNA Center is ignoring the interference? (Choose two.)

  • A. The interference is less than or equal to 30% on the 2.4 GHz radio.
  • B. The interference is less than or equal to 50% on the 2.4 GHz radio.
  • C. Cisco DNA Center includes only Cisco CleanAir interferers in the AP health score.
  • D. The interference is less than or equal to 30% on the 5 GHz radio.
  • E. Cisco DNA Center does not include interference in the AP health score.

Selected Answer: AC
Interference Thresholds in Cisco DNA Center: Cisco DNA Center uses specific thresholds to determine whether interference should impact the AP health score. For the 2.4 GHz radio, interference is only considered significant if it exceeds 30%. If the interference is less than or equal to 30%, it is ignored in the health score calculation. For the 5 GHz radio, interference is typically less impactful due to more available channels and less congestion, so it is often not included in the health score unless it exceeds certain thresholds. Cisco CleanAir Interferers: Cisco DNA Center includes only Cisco CleanAir interferers in the AP health score. If the interference detected by the AP is not classified as a CleanAir interferer, it will not affect the health score. CleanAir technology identifies specific types of interference (e.g., microwaves, Bluetooth devices, cordless phones) and provides detailed metrics about them.

Why Not the Other Options? B. The interference is less than or equal to 50% on the 2.4 GHz radio: This is incorrect because the threshold for 2.4 GHz interference to be considered significant in Cisco DNA Center is 30%, not 50%. D. The interference is less than or equal to 30% on the 5 GHz radio: While this could be true, it is not a primary reason for ignoring interference in the health score. Interference on the 5 GHz band is generally less impactful and often excluded from health score calculations unless it is severe. E. Cisco DNA Center does not include interference in the AP health score: This is incorrect because Cisco DNA Center does include interference in the AP health score, but only for specific conditions (e.g., CleanAir interferers and thresholds).

For 2.4-GHz radio: (If interference is less than or equal to 50 percent, the score is 10. )*** If interference is more than 50 percent, the score is 0. For 5-GHz radio: If interference is less than or equal to 20 percent, the score 10. If interference is more than 20 percent, the score is 0. it means that only B (The interference is less than or equal to 50% on the 2.4 GHz radio.)*** fulfill the criteria. A,D are wrong. E. Cisco DNA Center does not include interference in the AP health score. >this is 100% wrong. therefore, the correct answers are B C

B and D, https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/cloud-systems-management/network-automation-and-management/dna-center-assurance/2-3-4/b_cisco_dna_assurance_2_3_4_ug/b_cisco_dna_assurance_2_3_3_ug_chapter_0110.html Air Quality Score The score is calculated individually for each radio, and then the average radio the score is determined. For 2.4-GHz radio: If air quality is 60 percent or more, the score is 10. If air quality is less than 60 percent, the score is 1. For 5-GHz radio: If air quality is 75 percent or more, the score is 10. If air quality is less than 75 percent, the score is 1.

My bad, it is A and B. Mimimimimi and leplonka are absolutely correct. I quoted the wrong column. My source is still valid

Incorrect, the answer should be B and D: For 2.4-GHz radio: If interference is less than or equal to 50 percent, the score is 10. If interference is more than 50 percent, the score is 0. For 5-GHz radio: If interference is less than or equal to 20 percent, the score 10. If interference is more than 20 percent, the score is 0. https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/cloud-systems-management/network-automation-and-management/dna-center-assurance/2-2-2/b_cisco_dna_assurance_2_2_2_ug/b_cisco_dna_assurance_2_2_2_ug_chapter_0110.html

Your source is good. Your judgement seems incorrect to me: Answer D: 30 % interference on 5 GHz is more than 20%. Corrects answers are AB as 50% and 30% are both applicable for a score of 10 on the 2,4 GHz band.
