I believe its D, and "one ip port" i believe means one tcp port.
From the cert guide: "the advantage of nfsv4 over its predecessors is that only one IP port, 2049 is used to run the service, which simplifies using the prticol across firewalls
NFSv4:
It use TCP protocol. With TCP, only the lost frame needs to be resent. For these reasons, TCP is the preferred protocol when connecting to an NFS server.
The server also listens on the well-known TCP port 2049. As such, NFSv4 does not need to interact with rpcbind, lockd, and rpc.statd daemons. The rpc.mountd daemon is required on the NFS server to set up the exports.
