I am going to have to agree that it is "D" because i cannot find a single instance where the "Ip unnumbered looback" command is applied to an 'interface VLAN'. Poor logic and may not be accurate, but that is all i got. Definitely has to have the NVE interface configured, so can only be A or D. Creating and Configuring an NVE Interface and Associate VNIs interface nve x Creates a VXLAN overlay interface that terminates VXLAN tunnels source-interface src-if The source interface must be a loopback interface that is configured on the switch with a valid /32 IP address. member vni vni Associate VXLAN VNIs (Virtual Network Identifiers) with the NVE interface. https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/datacenter/nexus9000/sw/93x/vxlan/configuration/guide/b-cisco-nexus-9000-series-nx-os-vxlan-configuration-guide-93x/b-cisco-nexus-9000-series-nx-os-vxlan-configuration-guide-93x_chapter_0100010.html#task_dnm_21b_zfb

I think the correct answer is A. Even it creates NVE interface. In option D the interface eth1/1 is taking IP address from loopback 0 which is not right. It is done on the L3VNI configuration.

D is correct, bcs it's the only one which creates a NVE interface, which is the virtual interface in Nexus family which creates a VTEP (a vtep per vxlan)
