Correct , FC is isolated to other device & by adding Zoning & port security no other security required , only difference here is IP connectivity or TCP/IP
Tricky one, NFS 4 has good authentication features, i dont see any kind of authentication on FC, most deployments are not in shared environments (in my experience) and if we talk about lossless traffic i would say FC is better positioned using reserved buffers for traffic than any solution over Ethernet. So I vote for C.
with NFSv4 specific mentioned ->> C is the best choice. B and D are handled better within FC.
With NFSv3.. it could be A v3 v.s v4 have lower security.
Lossless throughput is one of the main characteristics of FC...
