The tenant and VRF instance are stretched across sites, and MP-BGP EVPN allows the exchange of host routing information, enabling intersite communication (Figure 41)."

Agree with Tito234 that B is the only one which has to be stretched along with VRF which is not listed as as an answer. Stretched VRF with Inter-Site Contracts https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/datacenter/aci/aci_multi-site/sw/1x/fundamentals/b_Cisco_ACI_Multi-Site_Fundamentals/b_ACI_Multi-Zone_Fundamentals_chapter_01.pdf

correct - B (it is not clear why they are asked to choose two options, since apart from the vrf and the tenant, nothing else is stretched. But among the answers there is no vrf option.) https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/datacenter/aci/aci_multi-site/sw/1x/fundamentals/b_Cisco_ACI_Multi-Site_Fundamentals/b_ACI_Multi-Zone_Fundamentals_chapter_01.pdf - Stretched VRF with Inter-Site Contracts
