It is C. In User Management --> User settings --> service profile in the section "Jabber Client Configuration (jabber-config.xml) Profile", you can upload a config for each type of device (common, desktop or mobile).

on newer CUCM (12.5+) there is a options to use jabber config file on specific set of device (common, mobile and 3 options that I don't remember right now) on Service profile, so, answer C is correct

Add my previous answer: Common / Desktop / Mobile for load the specific jabber config. Search for "Jabber - Create a Jabber Client Configuration UC Service"

You are right, for CUCM 12.5 and later, C is the correct. If CUCM was an earlier version than 12.5, D would be correct.
