A: correct, it's configured with "send-label" to send labels for its prefixes to the peer
B: incorrect, you can use send-label with LDP or TDP
C: you have no way of knowing how many labels this router will be sending to the peer based on the information given. This router could be learning many prefixes from many BGP neighbors not shown
D: Lo0 is the source IP for this router to communicate from, and has nothing to do with advertising that interface's prefix... you don't even know if this router is advertising its Lo0 interface's prefix via BGP, it could be advertising Lo0's prefix via an IGP before it even tries to build BGP neighbors
For BGP LU we need to tell which /32 networks will get advertised. No redistribution of connected command is seen too.
