The well-known HSRP Virtual MAC address of 0000.0c07.acXX, where XX is the HSRP group identifier.Also the Default group number would be set to group 0. So "B" is Correct

The full syntax of the command above is: standby [group-number] ip [ip-address [secondary]] As you can see group-number isn't a mandatory parameter and in this case HSRP will be use default group-number=0 to form HSRP MAC address. So the right answer is B.
