RR by default doens't do next-hop self , so next-hop should be persisted from PE, which is R3 and R4 here.

lars96 is right. D is correct. remember, path selection involves: Prefer the path with the lowest IGP metric to the BGP next hop.

C should be correct. Note R5 and R6 are RR while the rest are clients. The dotted lines are the iBGP peers. So R8 learns about 10.1.1.0/24 from RR_R5 while R7 from RR_R6
