This is a badly worded question. First off, the choices of "2000" or "there is no limit" are 100% wrong.
The "configured" limit is 6000, but the "active" limit is 1000. If I get this question on the exam, I'm choosing 6000, fwiw.
I found a newer guide that says the new limits are 2000 active, 12,000 configured agents, but I think this exam is older, so probably wants us to say "6000". I'm just someone on the internet, it's anyone's guess what the exam writer actually meant and what answer they want for this--I'll say again--badly worded question.
