network_id and 43200 are inverted, the rest is good. There are also several errors: - between item 4 and item 5 there should a + not a , - api_key should be "Bearer xxxxxx" and not just the token oh well anyway

network_id and 43200 are inverted. Check the API and the code generated for python, the answer is there: https://developer.cisco.com/meraki/api-v1/#!get-network-clients
