vociemail should be the function of CUCM, so , I think the answer is CUCM

Voicemail isn't part of CUCM. It's actually in another server called Cisco Unity. I don't think you can do anything except users in CUCM.

Answer is B. It is actually a extension of CUCM with Cisco Unity Connection (CUC).

The key to the question is to obtain data about voicemail ports, not voicemails. This would be CUCM and not Teams. https://developer.cisco.com/docs/axl/#!what-is-axl/what-is-administrative-xml shows the CUCM AXL API can work with voice mail ports.

If you review the API for CUCM, you will notice the voicemail operation is not supported: https://developer.cisco.com/docs/axl-developer-guide/#!administrative-xml-axl-developer-guide/overview However, if you check the information of Webex Teams, you will se voicemail operations is supported: https://help.webex.com/en-us/8u5983/Webex-Teams-Listen-to-Your-Voice-Messages-Webex-Calling
