It hink "A" and "C" are corretcs! It's all about concept. In HSRP only one active router and one standby router can assume these roles within a group, it is not possible that 2 or more routers assume the standby role or appears on the output of the "show standby" command. The third , fourth, and son on, routers, are considered backup routers and they only assume the standby role if the active or standby router in operation goes down. By concept "One or more backup virtual routers" are required for an HSRP group.
