The same digits sent in OOB, as well as in-band on the Cisco Unified Border Element, are being interpreted as duplicate digits by the receiving end. Which configuration must an engineer implement to resolve this issue?
DTMF Relay RTP-nte (RTP Named Telephone Events) ensures that DTMF is transmitted reliably using the RTP stream. This avoids the duplication issue by standardizing DTMF handling within RTP packets and discarding in-band audio tones.
We don't have "dtmf relay digit-drop" we only have "dtmf relay rtp-nte digit-drop" which Digits to be passed out-of-band and in-band digits dropped
