Advanced file transfer in Cisco Jabber over Mobile and Remote Access (MRA) requires communication between Cisco Jabber clients and the Cisco IM and Presence (IM&P) servers. Cisco Expressway-C must be configured to allow HTTP traffic from Cisco Jabber to the IM&P servers. To enable this: HTTP Allow List on Expressway-C must be configured to include all IM&P servers. The list can be updated either manually or automatically (using the "Automatic inbound rules" setting).
