While SNMPv2 supports sending traps, it lacks the security features provided by SNMPv3. SNMPv2 does not support encryption, making it less suitable for secure environments such as healthcare.
Question is a bit unclear. It doesn't call for security. So SNMPv2 should also be a valid answer.
