I have to correct my answer here. As per the salesconnect training on the subject: SD-Access - High Level Branch Design-Software Defined Access - eLearning. The facilitator mentions it specifically 30 seconds into the video.
The entire point is to treat your AS (autonomous system) as a single fabric domain providing AnyCast Gateway Services.
Cisco is approaching SD-WAN like Physical Access Cards: Your card number (in this case IP Address) goes with you anywhere in the company controlled AS.
Answer should be A.
1 DNAC cluster = 1 Domain
1 setup of CP+ External Border + WLC = 1 Site = 1 Fabric
Not sure what they mean with 1 fabric domain...
