Agree with B.

Since the collector “dials-in” to the router, there’s no need to specify each MDT destination in the configuration. Just enable the gRPC service on the router, connect your client, and dynamically enable the telemetry subscription you want.

B is correct
Dial-In (dynamic): Telemetry updates are sent to the initiator subscriber
A is not correct: it tries to re-establish/re-initiate and not recover the connection
C is not correct: to configure a gRPC stream is dial-out
D is not correct: this is NETCONF

A. automatically recover in the event of a lost connection
gRPC dial-in model has the advantage of automatically recovering in the event of a lost connection. In this model, the telemetry collector initiates the connection to the network device, and if the connection is lost for any reason, the collector can automatically attempt to reestablish the connection. This automatic recovery feature helps to improve the reliability of telemetry data collection and reduce the likelihood of data loss.
The other options (B, C, and D) do not accurately describe the advantages of using gRPC dial-in in the context of model-driven telemetry.
