B is more DMPVN than MPLS l3 vpn(especially multipoint overlay part)
C mpls l3 vpn can provide different levels of qos ie best effort, expedited etc..depends on customers finances and what the providers offers
D mpls l3 vpns dont do encyption
A feels more correct as its true customer will have to plan and possibly modify their internal networks before using mpls l3 vpn services
Migration for the end customer is simplified. There is no requirement to support MPLS on the CE router and no modifications are required for a customer intranet. - a) incorrect
Scalability: Create scalable VPNs using connection-oriented, point-to-point overlays, Frame Relay, or ATM virtual connections. - b) Correct (Frame Relay y ATM son punto a multipunto)
Integrated Quality of Service (QoS) support: QoS provides the ability to address predictable performance and policy implementation and support for multiple levels of service in an MPLS VPN. - c) incorrect
Security: Security is provided at the edge of a provider network (ensuring that packets received from a customer are placed on the correct VPN) and in the backbone. - d) incorrect
I would pick C. I do not think A is describing any advantage, so thats a no. For B the connection oriented part is odd. D i do not understand from MPLS VPN perspective
"MPLS Layer 3 VPNs use a peer-to-peer model that uses Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) to distribute VPN-related information. This highly scalable, peer-to-peer model allows enterprise subscribers to outsource routing information to service providers, resulting in significant cost savings and a reduction in operational complexity for enterprises."

after more thinking the word connection-oriented is disturbing me
IPSEC could be integrated between PE-PE and CE-CE Routers
wich leads to answer D
