The answer is A and its somewhat incomplete. I mean it will work sort of but, typically you would include the whole Ip address and not just trying to change the last three octets of the IP Addresses in the C= Connection Info header. The Syntax for "C" is wrong. ALSO, those IPs do not even match anything in the diagram at all making it useless. Typical.
