The hints that they give are contradictory, because, in order for the hub to reach branch, PE2 should have routes advertised from PE1, and PE1 would have had to advertise those routes redistributing OSPF in BGP, which is not done in this case.

I do not understand why answer D is correct. IMHO the CE1 OSPF routes must be redistributed into BGP. Therefore, answer A is the best
