Seems to be D eor-timer seconds End-of-RIB Timer: Specifies how long to wait after an OMP session has gone down and then come back up to send an end-of-RIB (EOR) marker. After this marker is sent, any routes that weren’t refreshed after the OMP session came back up are considered to be stale and are deleted from the route table. Range: 1–3600 seconds (1 hour) Default: 300 seconds (5 minutes) https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/routers/sdwan/command/iosxe/qualified-cli-command-reference-guide/m-omp-commands.html

Badly worded question, especially use of the word "within." The EOR timer dictates when, after regaining vSmart connection, the Edge router sends the EOR message to vSmart, telling it to delete any routes that it has not just sent since regaining the connection. Not quite what the question asks for, but better than the other choices.

when holdtime expires it closed the OMP connection to the peer. it does not seem to be related to route refresh
