The correct is A. it is in corporate network, no Expressway deployment. on page 81, configure DNS SRV record, just need to configue _cisco-uds is enough. https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/jabber/12_8/cjab_b_deploy-jabber-on-premises-128.pdf

They asking for Jabber working with CUCM & IMP. They should ask for two answers, and add choice : SRV _cuplogin._tcp.example.com
